The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required to reserve an apartment. Cabana Club and Galleria Club will accept electronic ACH payments or major credit cards for all application and reservation fees via the self-service Resident Portal.
Application Fee $75 per adult
This non-refundable fee is paid by each applicant for verification of information.
Guarantor (Co-Signer) Application - $100
Administrative Fee $200
This non-refundable fee is required to offset expenses incurred by management. If the application is rejected by management, the administration fee will be refunded in full. If applicant cancels after 72 hours of submitting application, the administrative fee will be retained by management.
Security Deposit
Based on credit decision, up to one month’s rent.
